POSITION: Commis Chef - Kaia Kitchen
REPORTING TO: Head Chef
SALARY: On Target Earnings - £20,000 Per Annum
ROLE BASED: The Ned, Poultry, London (Bank Tube Station Central London)
Hotel Overview -
Originally a bank, the Grade-1 listed building has been developed and restored to hold 252 hotel bedrooms, twelve restaurants and bars, a member’s club, a gym, Cowshed spa and two swimming pools, as well as six dedicated event spaces. Eight restaurants in the former Grand Banking Hall serve food that spans the globe, from Britain to Northern Italy, North America to Asia. 
The Role
We are looking for experienced Commis Chef for our individual restaurant concepts. As a Commis Chef you will have exceptional cooking skills and be very passionate about pan Asian cuisine.
To successfully fulfil this role, you will have current experience and track record as a Commis Chef in an established Pan Asian kitchen. You will also have:

Run a section I.E -Starters.
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
Appropriate Skills;
Great cooking skills
A cool head
An ability to delegate appropriately
Organisational flair.
