As a Commis Chef, your duties would include assisting the Chef de Partie in the preparation and service of food, always ensuring that the highest standards are maintained and that the kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are always kept clean and tidy.The ideal Commis Chef will have:previous commis chef experience in a 5* hotel is a mustability to multi-task and work under pressuregood interpersonal and communication skillsexcellent attention to detailfood safety training along with relevant culinary qualifications This is a permanent position that request to work full time, 40 h per week.
