We opened our first site in Chelsea in September with a core team and are now looking to expand that team. We are in search of bright, enthusiastic and ambitious individuals who love food and hospitality with the desire to progress in a new and exciting company.

We're currently recruiting candidates for the following roles:

Commis Chef (full time)
Kitchen Porter (full time and part time)

Commis Chef key responsibilities:
·Maintaining high standards of hygiene
·Preparing ingredients
·Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately.
·Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation.
Commis Chef key skills include:
·Quick learning
·A calm head
·An ability to develop cooking skills
·Organisational flair
·Self-motivated and ambitious
·Team player
Commis Chef salary and benefits:
·Starting competitive salary - £8/h

Kitchen Porter key responsibilities:
•Maintaining high standards of hygiene
•Cleaning dishes (in dishwasher)
•Treating key materials (burger boards and pizza boards for example) with care.
•Keeping kitchen stations clean, tidy and safe.
