Wiltons is open for lunch and dinner from Monday to Friday and dinner on Saturday’s.
The Role and Duties:
We are looking for a professional Commis Chef to join our team looked after by Head Chef Daniel Kent.
This position would also suit an apprentice Chef who has recently completed their college training.
-Daily food mise en place
-Understanding of basic kitchen skills
-Ability to follow clear instructions and maintaining the restaurant standards.
-Adhere to the restaurant Health and Safety policy, responsibilities and obligations.
Ideal Candidate:
-At least 1 years’ experience as a Commis Chef in a similar establishment.
-Be able to understand and speak English
-experience of catering for a capacity of at least 80 covers for lunch and dinner.
-Enthusiastic and eager to learn new cooking techniques.
