Wildflower, a brand new vegetarian/vegan canteen in the heart of Peckham is currently looking for a Commis Chef.

What we are looking for-
-Someone with a genuine passion for food, and looking to progress in the hospitality industry.
-experience as a Kitchen Porter or Commis Chef for at least 6 months.
-Exceptional eye for detail/very high standards.
-Looking to take on more responsibility, as well as prep you will be learning to cover certain sections/running the pass.
- Good understanding of food safety/health and safety procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast pace high volume establishment, whilst keeping the work space tidy.
