The team work no late nights or split shifts and are offered a competitive salary in return for their hard work and dedication along with a share of the service charge and bonus potential of an additional 50p per hour if we are hitting out targets. Previous experience of working in a high volume restraurant is preferable but not essential, The right attitude and willingness to work hard goes a long way.
