An exciting opportunity has arisen at Marmelo kitchen Leyton! We are looking for a talented Commis chef to join our family! You will be involved in creating our seasonal weekly changing menu using fantastic suppliers. Our meat is chosen with great care from small organic farms in Yorkshire, and our fresh fish is caught sustainably off the Cornish coast. Our seasonal vegetables come from independent producers and we also have our own allotment growing produce all year round.
