Commis Chef/Prep Chef
Ahi Poke – Deliveroo Editions (Islington and Swiss Cottage)
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dedicated Commis Chef/Prep Chef to join our Deliveroo Islington and Swiss Cottage sites.
The appointed Commis Chef/Prep Chef will be responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes to the highest standards. A Commis Chef would also be required to prepare all mis-en-place and specifically the appointed Commis Chef will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Role and Responsibilities
• Prepare and present high quality dishes within Ahi Poke Deliveroo Editions
guidelines
• Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination
• Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues
• Comply with Ahi Poke Deliveroo Additions security, fire regulations and all health
and safety and food safety legislation
• Awareness departmental targets and strive to achieve them as part of the team
• Be environmentally aware
What are We are looking for?
The appointed candidate must have experience in being a Prep Chef in the Hospitality Kitchen industry and to be successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work on own or in teams
