We are currently looking for a Commis chef and a Chef de Partie for The Otherist – City of London
This is a Monday to Friday business, but does occasionally trade at the weekend for functions
All applicants should have outstanding product knowledge, fast paced kitchen experience with attention to detail and an ambition to redefine the service industry. Pride in your work is necessary. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Previous similar experience in a restaurant as a Commis Chef or Chef de Partie
• Breakfast, lunch and dinner culinary skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Food safety training along with relevant culinary qualifications
The Salary is £8-£8.50 (experience dependant) per hour + Service Charge – Mon- Fri 38-50 hours per week.
