Commis Chef - The Milestone Hotel
The Milestone Hotel is a beautiful five star hotel located in London’s Kensington, with a 2AA Rosette restaurant and fantastic bar area.
The Milestone's kitchen team is looking for a Commis Chef to join its award-winning and exciting kitchen brigade led by the Executive Head Chef, Alex Diamantis.
Key responsibilities of the Commis Chef will include:
• To assist in the preparation and production of menus
• To prepare all dishes to the required Hotel standard and specification
• Maintaining high health and safety standards
• To be responsible for securing the kitchen when on late duty
• Ensuring that sections are kept clean, safe and hygienic at all times
The ideal candidate for the Commis Chef position should:
• Be organised whilst working well under pressure
• Have a friendly, flexible and professional attitude
• Communicate effectively in English
• Be eligible to work in the UK
