Mayfair based Investment Firm seeks 'Commercial Finance Brokers' to join the team.
Are you an entrepreneurial driven sales professional looking for an opportunity to sell alternative financial products and capital to companies and property developers who need them most - SME's? With banks tightening lending many businesses and property developers in the UK have limited or completely no access to capital which they so urgently need. The only way that most banks will lend to companies is by the company pledging security which they may or may not having. Thus exposing the bank to very limited risk.
Our Investment Firm has partnered with a panel of lenders that are looking to put 'money on the street' in an unsecured basis. 3000 GBP to 500,000 GBP can be lent within 5 business days. Some of the highlights of this funding (which is completely different than a high street bank) are:
*No need to prepare a business plan
*Minimal paperwork required
*Quick access to capital
*Less than perfect credit is OK
*Repayments are customised to be affordable and meet a business’s cash flow model
*Suitable for most high street small to medium sized 'revenue generating' businesses and property developers with at least some experience

Seeing as this is a very unique type of 'entrepreneurial based' lending, the appetite for this capital will, no doubt, be massive. This alternative lending structure is very well established in North America, but is relatively new to the UK.
As such, we are seeking sales professionals who will take on responsibility for the sales and business development, in this early and ground floor opportunity, for finding companies and property developers to lend money to. This will involve the management of the entire sales process from lead generation to the signing of contracts. With the backing of a strong marketing agenda and targeted customer lists, you will have the freedom to develop the UK market using your given product set.
This is a very 'entrepreneurial' type role. As the company grows and develops, you will have more roles and responsibilities and the income potential could easily exceed 100,000 GBP in relatively short order.
You will have:
Proven sales ability, ideally within the finance industry, although this is not essential as your drive and passion are more important
Preferably have contacts to businesses and property developers who are in need to finance
Ability to build rapport and deliver sales through quality customer interaction
Initiative and self-starting attitude
Excellent relationship building skills
Target orientated mentality
Driven approach
The mind and tenacity of an 'Entrepreneur'
The wanting to help to grow a company over time and to be a significant part of its development
This is a commission-only role, however this is a business which is regulated by the FSA and there will be a 2 week training program that will be required in order for you to be fully licensed and compliant with FSA regulations. This course will be paid for by the company to get you compliant.
In summation, we will provide you will all the training as well as access to all our lenders so you can begin originating business and property loans. We will also get you licence and compliant with the FSA. For all closed deals you will retain a significant portion of the commissions.
A full time broker should easily exceed a six figure income in his/her first year.
