E-Commerce Technical Assistant – Global Marketing Services
Jack Nadel International delivers branded promotional products that enhance major international brands across the US, EMEA and APAC.
The role: Helping to set up and manage clients who use our global B2B webstores.  Clients are Silicon Valley tech companies and high profile social media companies.  Reporting directly to the Global eCommerce Manager out of the JNI London office. US hours preferred. 
The candidate: JNI are looking to hire a great client facing - tech-minded person to be part of the dynamic fast-paced London team. This role would best suit a CMS power user with a background in eCommerce with excellent client communication skills. 
Responsibilities:
This exciting opportunity will include assisting with all aspects of the eCommerce team:
• Management of clients queries with their sites using a CMS
• Day-to-day technical support enquiries for a range of exciting B2B clients (email and phone)
• Reviewing and testing website content, UX, products, prices and functionality
• Creating management reports
• Recommending improvements
• Liaising with development teams
Requirements:
• Logical and systematic approach with a keen eye for detail
• Good knowledge and experience of ecommerce systems and good customer experience
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Ability to write SQL queries
• Strong inter-personal/communication skills with a positive and collaborative attitude
• E-commerce experience with business development in the area of e-commerce
• Applicants should have 2 years’ work experience in e-commerce or in a related field.
Successful applicants should be willing to undertake a technical test to assess their knowledge of SQL and Excel as these are considered key skills for the role.
