Requirements:
The role will suit a highly entrepreneurial graduate with strong e-commerce skills, or an individual with experience in online retail, ideally within footwear or fashion.
Hard working with ability to multi-task
Creative copy writing experience, with ability to follow and interpret brand guidelines.
Photo shoot styling experience
experience with a Content Management System, we use Magento.
experience with a CRM system is preferable but not essential.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and Word Press.
Strong knowledge of MS Office including Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook.
experience using Google Docs
University degree or industry standard qualification is preferable but not essential.
Responsibilities:
Daily merchandising of the TOWER London website – ensuring all new, most profitable, and relevant product is correctly positioned within website categories.
Manage intake of all new and refill products via stock management spreadsheet on to the website, ensuring correct categorisation and configuration of products, and escalating issues as necessary.
Planning and authoring on brand content across all TOWER London social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google +, Polyvore, You Tube and Pinterest.
Work with photography and design team, and brand partners, to ensure constant flow of quality content for social media posts, including working with Buying Team and Online Marketing Manager to select product, style and coordinate photographic shoots.
Monitor all social media and review channels for TOWER London mentions and customer issues, responding or escalating as necessary.
Weekly reporting of all social media activity, including follower growth, engagement, mentions, trending customer issues.
Identify and recommend new social media activity or platforms, execute agreed activity.
Conduct competitor and market research and analysis on behalf of Online Marketing Manager.
Assist Online Marketing Manager developing marketing proposals for TOWER London’s brand partners.
Management of TOWER London’s presence across shopping and review platforms, ensuring content is on brand, accurate and consistent. And ensuring all reviews are responded to in timely fashion.
Assist with day to day management of TOWER London’s advertising partner campaigns, including but not limited to Webgains and UNiDAYS.
Ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested by management team.
Oversee Intern Staff tasks
Creation of proposal documents for brand partners and industry award entries.
