1) E-Commerce Assistant

Job Description
The role is designed for supporting i) online sale fundamentals across top UK online retailer platforms incl. (eBay, Amazon) ii) Reporting on and providing an all-round exceptional customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Upload and maintain product information on multiple eCommerce channels (new product creation, images, logistic and pricing data…).
Capture, source and edit high quality images for new products.
Ensure satisfactory customer relations through all means of communication on the various channels.
Dealing with day-to-day paperwork, including the printing, dispatching and sorting of orders from multiple marketplaces.

Requirements
The ideal candidate must:

Have a passion for driving business growth.
Good standard of written and spoken English.
Proficient use of IT

Skills/experience:

Passionate about consumers and online retail - enjoys understanding and progressing consumer shopping experience.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead others.
Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity, self- directed to an extent.
Previous experience is not necessary, but may be desirable.

Personal Qualities

Personal fit with the company's culture and values.
Capable of working alone as well as taking a collaborative approach to work.
Demonstrates initiative and ability to drive projects to completion, in a fast paced, time constrained environment.

2) Warehouse Pick and Packer – Bargain Online LTD.

Job Description
You could be working as a handler, picker or packer helping dispatch parcels and working to the highest standards to make sure we exceed our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

Picking / packing a large variety of products in a timely manner.
Distributing the packed items to the appropriate mailing locations.
Organising different postal service mail.
Ensuring cleanliness of the warehouse workspace.
Helping to receive deliveries by unpacking and shelving incoming goods in the appropriate locations of the warehouse.
Breaking up pallets and waste cardboard boxes.

Requirements

Candidates should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You may have worked in a similar setting before, such as a Royal Mail or Tesco Warehouse, or perhaps you have no experience in this area – but you'll need to bring a true commitment to customer service and a keen desire to help to deliver a first-class online retail experience.

•Must be punctual, trustworthy and reliable.
•Must be able to work in a team environment.
Applicants should note that this role is physically demanding as the role will require you to be on your feet for the majority of the day in a relatively cold warehouse, involving frequent lifting of boxes and parcels.
