Overall Purpose
A wholeseller in North West London has a new exciting vacancy for an experienced E-Commerce Assistant to join its busy and successful E-Commerce department. The overall purpose of the role to act as the primary point of contact for online and mail order customers while reporting directly to both managing directors. Responsibilities will include:
• Product launches
• Maintaining relationships with existing customers as well as sourcing new ones to establish collaborations
• Assist with the buying process – this will require developing in-depth knowledge of our products and Brands
• Pricing and repricing current products
• Order control – this will involve monitoring stock levels
• Understanding customer’s needs by analysing consuming buying patterns and predicting future trends. Keeping up to date with market trends and reacting to changes in the market are key elements of this role
• Ensure that product information, photography and pricing is accurate, detailed and consistent
• Negotiating terms of contract might be involved
Desired skill set:
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
• 1-year E-Commerce experience
• Fluent in English – any other language will be considered as an advantage
• Proficient in Excel
• Computer literate
• Manage time and workload efficiently
Salary depending on experience.
