GJQ holdings has an exciting opportunity for an E-commerce Admin Assistant to join one of their latest new business ventures launching an E-commerce website.
GJQ holdings is a parent company with many successful projects within the private, public and commercial sectors.
We are looking for a candidate who has a strong interest in websites, digital marketing and anything IT or tech related. So education and experience in these fields would be a bonus but it is not an essential requirement.
The role entails, but not limited to, providing the MD with support on administrative, financial, sales and marketing duties and a wide variety of other responsibilities you would typically expect in a start up company.
You will be required to liaise with graphic designers to produce leaflets, videos/ newsletters and other marketing duties such as the use of google ad words.
You will be involved in the testing and implementation of the website, arranging focus groups and assisting the MD with implementing changes and making improvements and enhancements to the site.
You will be involved in the recruitment of new members of staff and dealing with the basic Human Resources related admin tasks.
You will be responsible in assisting the MD to ensure legal compliance documents such as insurance and data protection are up to date.
You will also be responsible for contacting third party providers for collaboration purposes.
The successful candidate will be provided with full support and training and has a great opportunity to work closely with the MD in a start up.
You will be required to work from the Co-working centre in Hackney, East London and from time to time may need to visit the Oxford Street Office.
A full time contract of 40 hours per week is being offered.
