 Working within a team of 4 chefs and 2 kitchen porters
 Must have ability to work under your own initiative as well as part of the team
 The role will be split between supporting hospitality and the café
 Assisting with hospitality and evening events
 Ensuring cooking and presentation is of a consistently high standard
 Ensuring best practice and company procedures are followed at all times
 Ensuring health and safety procedures and regulations are adhered to.
