Burrito Mama is a new concept from the makers of Wahaca and has brought a new twist to the world of burritos, starting with a site in the One New Change retail centre, close to St. Paul’s.

Burrito Mama will:

• A positive, can do attitude and an ability to work well as part of a team, particularly when under pressure
• Relevant experience, ideally in a high-volume fast casual or takeaway environment.
• A desire to succeed and push yourself forward within the business and the wider company.
Burrito Mama is the new baby of Masterchef winner and Wahaca co-founder Thomasina Miers; a separate brand with a separate, focused menu. We’re simplifying things for the customer, making it quicker and easier to order great tasting burritos. A huge bonus is that Burrito Mama is a Monday-Friday restaurant, and therefore you are not required to work weekends!
