We’re looking for a passionate, organised and ambitious individual to lead our coffeebar food programme.
Since 2011, we’ve been sourcing, roasting and brewing the best coffee we can possibly find. Aiming to showcase the incredible work of farmers and producers at origin, we roast transparently, make our drinks carefully and skilfully, and – most importantly – serve them honestly and humbly. The food we serve in each of our four coffeebars across Central London constantly seeks to reflect this and we work with some of London’s best suppliers to help make it happen.
With the responsibility of developing and growing our food offering across all of our coffeebar locations, you’ll work closely with our Retail Operations Manager to grow our food menu. As part of this, you’ll be expected to:
• develop new, seasonal recipes and menu items;
• bring recipes to life each day and distribute them to our stores;
• cost new items, working with existing and new suppliers to deliver consistently delicious food for our guests.
Shifts will start and finish early from Monday to Friday and, alongside a love and knowledge of delicious food and great ingredients, Food Hygiene Level 3 and a full, clean driving license are preferable.
