We are seeking a Manager for our brand new site at 84 Lamb's Conduit Street, Bloomsbury. This could be a comfortable position for a professional or an amazing opportunity for someone looking for their first managerial role.
We roast coffee at a prison, and stock our wonderful wholesale customers with beans, machines, and training. We opened our new shop to show everyone how good the coffee we're making is, and show how seriously we take representing people from difficult backgrounds. To represent our coffee we've had a high build quality for the shop, including the new Slayer Steam machine, an SCA Training School , custom made furniture, a machinery showroom, and a range of grinders/coffee gear. As roasters we of course run numerous coffee events, including frequent cuppings and latte art competitions.
You'll be working under an owner team with a serious track record of successful coffee businesses who are happy to build the right person through training and support. Our ideal candidate would be someone with a hard work ethic and an absolutely dazzling personality, because we can teach you the rest.
