A fantastic role for a Coffee Shop Manager has become available for a stunning new-opening of a brand new coffee shop. The venue will serve quality food and coffee in a fast-casual environment. The menu will consists of freshly-prepared small dishes catering for eat in and take away through breakfast, lunch and dinner. The emphasis will be on quality ingredients served in a casual, fast-paced setting.
The Mugs n Muffins coffee shop opening is planned for end of June 2022 and we are now looking for an amazing manager to build and lead the team. We are looking for a hardworking, reliable and trustworthy individual with an outgoing bubbly character coupled with great leadership skills. Our family business has been going over 20 years and its owner have decided to open the coffee shop for their staff and the public. You must be customer focused with a strong customer service ethic and a team player of course. You will be responsible for creating the team and the menu. The shop will be open 6/7 days a week. Monday to Friday 7am to 6pm 9am to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday.

The main duties will include:
• Opening and closing the shop
• Till operation and cashing up
• Running of the service
• Prepare drinks to Barista standard
• Comply with Health and safety standards
• Staff Training
• Demonstrate a high standard of customer service
• Report directly to the company Director/Owner
