We are currently growing our business and are looking for creative, hardworking and vibrant people to be part of our growing family! We are specifically looking for someone who can prep and serve our food offering - cheese toasties, ciabatta, lasagne, quiches, salads, breakfasts but be able to work behind the counter and be friendly and welcoming to customers. experience with food handling would be an advantage. Must be clean, presentable, be able to work under pressure and pride yourself in customer skills.
This is a permanent full time position, not just for the summer. We are always closed on Sundays – and weekday shifts start at 7/9 ish and finish at 4/6 ish.
Successful Candidates must have the following.
- At least 1 years experience of successfully managing a high volume fresh food kitchen.
- High standards of cleanliness
- Strict about conforming to health and hygiene regulations.
- Taking an interest in the whole of the business and having ambition.
- Having a passion for fresh food
- Ability to work under the pressures of a busy kitchen.
