We are looking to open our first Brownies and Coffee shop, part of a developing UK chain of shops, in North London Southgate Parade area. We are looking to hire a Coffee Shop Assistant with an interest in the cofee and hospitality industry and at least 1-2 years of experience. The interviews will start beginning of June and the shop will open in July 2022.

1-2 Years of barista experience required as we will teach you all the customer service and coffee technicalities, thanks to our training programme. We are looking for people that are eager to progress and take on new responsibilities.

Areas of Responsibility
You’ll have a variety of responsibilities that relate to the life and operations of the site. Once fully trained you will be responsible for:

Delivering top rate customer services
Serving of food and drinks
Preparing sandwiches
Contributing to smooth daily running of the store, including maintenance and cleaning.
Making and serving espresso-based and filter coffees.
Quality control brownies and coffee served throughout the day in conjunction with the Shop Manager.
Stock management
