World leading contract caterer is seeking an experienced manager/team leader to coordinate and drive forward the 5 coffee bars in this very busy flagship B and I site in Canary Wharf.
Role is suitable for someone with previous team management as will be overseeing a team of 11 baristas over 5 coffee bars dealing with both known brands and craft coffee outlets. This is very much an active hands on role so will incorporate barista work whilst managing the team daily including rotas, cash protocols, training, development, merchandising, innovation, maintaining standards and ensuring fantastic customer service from the team whilst displaying drive and enthusiasm.
Reporting into deputy retail manager this role is Monday to Friday, permanent contract, and with an hourly rate of up to £10.30.
