Proud Producers
Creating all of Coco's food products (mixes and final) to the process outlined in The Coco Way. Checking the quality of all hot food produced throughout service. Proudly training new starters on all things hot food.
Smooth Runners
Constantly providing hot fresh ingredients with a smooth change over (breakfast-lunch-close). Ensuring the hot food station is clean at all times with equipment ready to use. Solving hot food problems as they happen with the manager.
Attentive Workers
Using all Coco equipment (e.g. Knives/pasta boiler) safely and following Safety policies/guidelines at all times.
Organisers
Keeping the kitchen and hot food station well organised, clean and tidy whilst working and at the end of the day.
Right Opener and Closers
Setting up the hot food station's equipment and ingredients. Completing all of Coco's opening/closing checks and procedures for the kitchen/hot food station with attention and a clean eye.
Stock Checkers
Keeping an eye on Breakfast/Pasta/Sauce stock and placing orders with the manager. Responsible for always providing enough ingredients/sauces.
