Who we are:
Barbecoa is a celebration of traditional fire-based cooking and incredible hand selected british beef. Founded by Jamie Oliver, it’s much more than a steak restaurant with stunning views over St Pauls Cathedral, beautiful food influenced by natural cooking methods from around the world.
Barbecoa is currently looking for commis waiters with bundles of personality who take pride in their craft, who are truly passionate about food, the restaurant industry, and are focused on creating amazing experiences.
Our ideal candidate has:
experience working in a high-profile restaurant bar
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experience
Creativity and flair for producing excellent-quality drinks
An eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure
A keen interest in food and drink, as you will be serving dining guests at the bar
The ability to work as a part of a great team
Terrific communication skills and fluency in English
