Sky Pod Rooftop Bar opens bright and early at 7am when we serve breakfast items and refreshments. Throughout the day, soak up the views with drinks, light snacks and sandwiches; in the evenings the extensive cocktail list and sharing boards become the star of the show as London comes to life and music fills the air.
We are now seeking a personable, passionate and immaculately groomed Cocktail Waiter/Waitress to join our fun and energetic team
Job role.
- Working as a cocktail waiter/waitress, you will be reporting to the Lounge Manager, and ensuring the highest level of guest service at all times.
- As Cocktail Waiter / Waitress you will be advising guests on cocktail and wine choices Taking orders in a professional manner and making recommendations.
- Serving food and alcoholic beverages. Assisting bar and waiting staff where necessary
Candidate profile.
- As a Cocktail Waiter / Waitress you should have previous experience within a luxury hospitality environment, premium bars / restaurants and/ or luxury hotels.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Immaculate grooming standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
