The Restaurant/Cocktail Bar is a large with some restaurants over three floors with multiple cocktail bars. The business is values-led, genuinely care about their staff and understand the importance of a healthy, well trained and well supported team that will take care of customers and deliver exceptional service.

We do require you to have had at least a years experience in a similar business and be eligible to work in the UK. You will be responsible for the guest experience, have a detailed understanding of the menu and cocktails and be able to provide great service consistently. The restaurant is very busy, even on a Monday there could be a queue at the door. You will be working at a high level in a professional environment and will be rewarded well with a share in the commission structure.
