Do you want to work in one of Shoreditch's best venues and a professional company with some of the best operators in London. Trapeze is a themed cocktail bar and club which has a capacity of 500 on 2 levels and serves food.
We are looking for a inspired cocktail bartendes to join our Team and. We are a lively bar and come the weekends it is very busy so multi ordering skills and four bottle pouring is essential.
We have 1 full time position and 2 part time positions available. Part time will be 2-3 shifts per week Friday and Saturdays and we are a late night venue.
The ideal candidate will be hard working and have a charisma about them behind the bar, a wealth on knowledge in cocktails and spirits will be beneficial to you. We want to work with ambitious, fun and friendly people who enjoy the bar trade. You will ideally have at least 1 year experience in a fast paced cocktail bar, however we do provide training so if you are up to the challenge and hard working we will invest in training you to become a mixologist.

You must love your job and the industry and be enthusiastic to learn new ways of doing things and happy to show others all your tricks. We love our customers and so must you although we know a small few are wastes of skin.
