We are a small intimate wine bar in SW4 looking for a professional and engaging bartender on a full-time basis.
Not your average bar we seek dynamic people who have a genuine passion for wine and customer service.
The bar is only a small one and you will need to be efficient as well as diligent as you will be the only bartender.
Offering a grown-up cocktail list of around 10 drinks you will enjoy well made, balanced drinks out of classic cocktail glasses.
The wine list is ever changing with 15-20 reds and 15-20 whites all exclusively offered by the glass.
You will enjoy having a high level of presentation and bring a level of professionalism while being approachable, friendly and genuine.
Working alongside the chef and manager you will work to pair great food along with your wines and cocktails.
You will also be involved with creating special events, cocktail classes and food pairings.
We can offer you a working week of around 40-50 hours starting most days around 3/4 in the afternoon.
Conveniently located very close to Clapham Common tube and many busses this is a chance for some to not only play an integral role within the venue but ideally bring ideas to the table.
We can offer you an hourly rate of between £9-£11 an hour for the right person who can bring the right expertise.
