Cocktail mixologist experience is desired, however full training will be provided.

The Ideal Candidate
You must be passionate about delivering the highest standards of service at all times to all our guests.
You must have great attention to detail and to ensure complete consistency in our service.
Have some previous cocktail experience in a quality bar / restaurant environment
Good Knowledge of beverages, basic knowledge of wine
Attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to needs of the guest and managers
Has excellent English and communication skills
Enjoys working in a team
You will need the flexibility to work both lunch and evening shifts, including weekends
