Do you want to work in one of Shoreditch's best venues and a professional company with some of the best operators in London. Trapeze is a themed cocktail bar and club which has a capacity of 500 on 2 levels and serves food.
We are looking for a inspired cocktail bartender and Trainee manager to join our Team and lead the main bar and assist the Bars manager in managing stock and staff training. We are a lively bar and come the weekends it is very busy so multi ordering skills and four bottle pouring is essential.
The position is Full time and 5 days a week, And a personal license is a benefit as you will be doing Duty management shifts also.
The ideal candidate will be hard working and have a charisma about them behind the bar, a wealth on knowledge in cocktails and spirits will be beneficial to you. You must be able to inspire the guys and Gals on the bar with you as well as train them to become as good as you.
Please tell us if you have a personal license and are looking to develop your skills as a manager in a large multi faceted venue.

You must love your job and the industry and be enthusiastic to learn new ways of doing things and happy to show others all your tricks. We love our customers and so must you although we know a small few are wastes of skin.
