We are looking for a knowledgeable and technically adept cocktail bartender who wants to work in a small creative team, delivering drinks to a consistently high standard and contribute to the development of the drinks program. Your guest care should also be impeccable and as a small bar team, you will be expected to work the floor from time to time.
This is a full-time role, offering very competitive rates of pay and excellent levels of service charge.
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
Guest care at the forefront at all times
experience working in a similar cocktail environment
Excellent communication skills and able to adapt service style to suit guest
Well presented and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
Have endless energy and enthusiasm, especially when under pressure
In return, we can offer the following:
£8.50 to £11.00 per hour including service charge (dependent on experience)
full-time hours over 5 days per week, minimum 40 hours
