Apples and Pears Bar is a independently owned cocktail bar off Brick Lane. We're looking for an EXPERIENCED Part Time Cocktail Bartender to join our team.
We're looking for someone who is dedicated to develop their knowledge and skills in the bar and cocktail industry, and who loves working in hospitality.
Applicants should have as a minimum:
- At least 6 months experience of cocktail bartending.
- The right to work in the UK.
- An excellent knowledge of classic cocktails.
- A proven ability to work as part of a team.
- Be able to work weekends.
- Have experience in working in a busy bar environment.
- A high level of speed and technical ability to deal with the demands of long shifts.
- A good level of spoken English.
The Part Time Cocktail Bartender position is available to start immediately and is for 30 hours per week.
