Cocktail Bartender - Spuntino
SPUNTINO is a Prohibition-style speakeasy cocktail bar inspired by Downtown New York, serving boozy cocktails and American comfort food. We are located in the heart of Soho's red-light district and are part of the POLPO group of restaurants.

We are currently recruiting for a full-time cocktail bartender to join our tiny, hard-working and fun-loving team!

The Ideal SPUNTINO Person:

• Loves food, drinks, restaurants and people.
• Has experience in a busy restaurant and excellent hospitality skills. You must enjoy looking after people!
• Wants to support and work as part of a close-knit team.
• Speaks great English
• Valid right to work in the UK is essential.

Our menu offers small plates designed to be shared including mac n’ cheese, truffled egg toast, eggplant chips and pulled pork sliders, and our cocktails are famous for being unashamedly boozy – we offer a wide selection of bourbons and our homebrew shelf features creations such as Horseradish Vodka, Dill Gin and Apple Pie Bourbon.
