We want you to join one of the best restaurants in Central London's Soho - The Palomar. With a long list of awards, you will join the restaurant team behind one of London's most famous culinary experiences.
The restaurant environment:

An intimate, exciting and energetic place to work; as a cocktail bartender you are one of the most important members of the team, dispensing drinks for the restaurant and providing service to the diners on the kitchen counter in front of you.
You’ll work with a small list of rare wines, classic and bespoke cocktails.
Cocktail Bartenders/Bar Staff are part of a small team with lots of experience; a great place to learn skills and techniques off a wide range of colleagues, Waiters/Waitresses and our Bar Manager.
Have lots of fun on shift, working closely with the chefs, managers and front of house team in an open environment.
The menu is inspired by the food of Modern-Jerusalem and is bursting with colour and flavour.
We'll make sure you know everything about what you're talking to customers about with regular tastings for the menu, wines and cocktails.
