We are currently hiring experienced cocktail bartenders to bring their pizazz to our beautiful upstairs botanical cocktail bar. The Ten Bells Spitalfields is a lively and buzzy pub serving a range of top quality Beers, spirits, wines and cocktails. You will be joining a close knit team who are extremely passionate about providing warm hospitality and engaging with customers over the bar and during fun events in all spaces.

You must have:
- 2 Years experience working as a cocktail bartender in a fast paced environment.
You duties will include:
- Taking and placing orders on the bar and the floor.
- Confidently making various bespoke cocktails to order.
-Cash Handling
You must be:
- Enthusiastic and with a positive problem solving attitude.
- Passionate about the London bar scene
- Knowledgeable about your product
- Driven to develop your skills
- Quick, efficient and supportive of your colleagues.
- Entitled to work here in the UK
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
Skills and  Personal Attributes

Experienced working in bars or restaurants and ideally two years minimum.
Enthusiastic and energetic
Willing to work in teams and engage positively with colleagues.
Passionate about customer service
Entitled to work in the UK
Knowledgeable on spirits, cocktail making and cocktail creation.

Development and  Progression
The ELPC is a growing business with very exciting projects and developments in both the short term and long term. Within this role there will be opportunity to grow and develop within the business taking on more responsibility. This will include but not be limited to managing teams and taking on the development of menus within new sites.
