The exciting role we have on offer is for a brand new or previously experienced bartender. The bar is currently open 4 nights a week Wednesday till Saturday. We have a great party atmosphere so the ideal candidate will be a real high energy party person who loves to talk to people. Day to day duties include:
Mastering our full cocktail menu. (between 20-30 drinks at any one time with regular changes)
A well rounded understanding of spirits and the products we use.
Great customer service and the ability to build rapport to keep people coming back over and over again.
An attention to detail not just during service but also on nightly clean downs.
The ability to be yourself and have fun at work.
This would be an ideal role for anyone looking to work in the late night cocktail industry and learn how to make great cocktails and deliver amazing customer experiences. All whilst having amazing fun in an great party atmosphere.
