OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:-
- to provide guests with beverages in line with current licensing regulations
- to work with senior management to achieve a minimum of 72% General Practitioner
- to ensure that an excellent level of customer care is delivered
MAIN ACTIVITIES/TASKS:-
- to ensure beverages served are of the required standard and legal measure
- to ensure that private parties and events are served beverages promptly
- to ensure that diners in the restaurant are served beverages promptly
- to ensure that a high level of cleanliness in bar service and back of house areas
- to promote special cocktails and bar promotions when running special events
- to carry out daily and weekly bar duties as per checklists
- to assist the bar manager in training new team members on cocktail making
- to work with senior management to develop and review the cocktail list and tariff
- to ensure that at all times food and drink hygiene practices are followed
- to ensure that guests are managed in an appropriate manner
- to work alongside other team members to deliver room service
- to deliver excellent customer care.
