45 Jermyn St, having recently won the GQ Food and Drinks Award 2022 for Best Interior, is the destination restaurant at the heart of St. James’s.
We are at the forefront of mixology, constantly challenging ourselves to create the best seasonal cocktail menus, designed and produced by the bar team.
The Person
You will be:
• Experienced in making classic cocktails
• Have a genuine interest in mixology
• Knowledgeable in wines and spirits
• An excellent communicator with a good command of English
• Naturally approachable and friendly
• Customer focused, taking pride in delighting our guests
