Busy upscale all day eatery and bar focused on Aussie style brunch, small plates and prime cut, grass fed steaks as well as a great innovative cocktail menu with live music accompanying 4 nights a week.
We are looking for a passionate, professional and dedicated Barman with a charismatic "can do" attitude, who is keen to step up to the challenge of providing exceptional, five-star bar service.
Candidate requirements:
Minimum 3 years cocktail bar experience
*Creative approach to cocktail creation
*Comprehensive knowledge of:
- Australian wines
- spirits
- craft beer
- classic cocktails
*Exceptional service standards
*Team player

*Working well under pressure
*Loads of enthusiasm and personality
