Key responsibilities:
Managing day to day clinic maintenance ensuring five-star presentation at all times across all clinic locations; reception, treatment rooms and bathrooms. Also ensuring continuous washing of treatment Towels and serving clients drinks as requested by FOH team.

Daily laundry of Towels, ensuring these are cleaned continuously throughout the day, and folding these away.
Ensuring floors are clean, cleaning as needed.
Ensuring all surfaces are clean, cleaning as needed.
Ensuring toilets are cleaned and stocked up at all times.
Ensuring FOH area is clean and clearing away cups etc.
Filling water jug on reception continuously.
Clear up of treatment rooms as requested by therapists/ management.
Maintaining cleanliness of staff room, and washing dishes throughout the day as needed.
Unpacking of clinic deliveries where needed.
Undertaking ad hoc cleaning and maintenance duties as requested.
Serving drinks to clients and washing up of used cups.
Running ad hoc errands as requested by management.
Other maintenance duties

Desired experience

Previous experience in clinic/ spa/ hotel maintenance roles.
At least 3 years previous work experience.
