Client Services Coordinator Client Service Administrator / Client Services Support / Account Manager / Client Services Coordinator / Customer Support Client Services Coordinator with a strong administrative background or project coordination experience is needed by our client, a successful and fun to work for IT consultancy, based in their trendy office in London. Their clients receive outstanding service with a personal touch, blending a positive customer experience with the expertise and professionalism that delivers remarkable value to some of the biggest, most demanding and heavily regulated businesses. They are looking for a Client Services Coordinator to work closely with the account teams to ensure all associate consultants working for our client are looked after and managed whilst proactively promoting the company and delivering the highest level of customer services to their clients.Key responsibilities: * Managing client servicing and sales administration, including management of associate renewals and customer communications * Handling incoming customer queries * Preparation of statement of works * Maintaining accurate data sources for both internal and external reporting * Working closely with the recruitment and admin teams to align pre-employment screening clearance, purchase orders and contracts * Updating the accounts team with relevant information * Attending customer events * Purchase order management Requirements: * Previous experience in a similar client facing / customer service role * Strong administrative background or experience working in project coordination, preferably within a large-scale consulting / professional services environment (though this is not essential) * Great attention to detail * Ability to effectively manage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels * Maintain a professional standard at all times * Punctual, well organised and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously Salary: £25,000 - £32,000Benefits: * Excellent career development opportunities within the company whilst learning new systems and getting involved in new projects on an ongoing basis * Pension * Healthcare * Childcare vouchers * Cycle to work schemeIf this role sounds of interest, please forward your CV for immediate consideration.
