Pay Check Ltd is a payroll bureau processing fully managed UK payroll for over 1500 corporate clients in diverse sectors.
You will join the Operations team, and your main responsibility will be providing client services and administrative support.
You will report directly to the Business Operations Managers and Directors, joining a dedicated team of nearly 40 in our friendly office in Battersea, and offered full training and support.
Your role will involve working both autonomously and as part of a team, with the ability to make a substantial individual contribution to the success of the company.
Your daily and weekly tasks will include:
• Preparing proposals and on boarding documentation for new clients
• Collating all new client information, signed Service Level Agreement, Anti Money Laundering documents and Direct Debit forms (chasing any missing information as necessary)
• Auto Enrolment service – chasing clients for pension details and discussing the Pay Check AE service with clients
• Assisting Support team with printing payslips
• Assisting with Web Payslips and RTI submissions if required
• Tasks for the Directors and Managers when needed (arranging meetings, organising travel, meeting follow ups, company event planning etc.)
• Ad-hoc tasks as and when required
Candidates must be technically proficient in all Microsoft Office packages, have a friendly manner, a good sense of humour, enthusiasm for learning, good communication skills, a high level of attention to detail and be able to work well to deadlines.
Previous office experience is a must as is being bright and personable with a good telephone manner.
Salary range starting from £21,000 pa depending on experience; benefits include 25 days holiday, £2.00 a day towards an local lunch delivery. Company pension scheme, private health care and season ticket loan on completion of probation.
The role is full time and we ideally would like someone to start as soon as possible
