Title: Client Relationship Manager
Location: London
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
A Client Relationship Manager is required for one of the key client. The successful Client Relationship Manager will responsible for working closely alongside senior management and the Business Development Manager supporting with client retention and new sales leads.
Responsibilities:
Working with external partners in the industry to generate new sales leads
Meeting clients, showing and demonstrating new product launches
Attending networking events
Understanding the business needs and targeting the correct trades and industries to generate sales and push the company forward
Dialogue with clientele about customer service issues or queries
Communicate information to the departments filtered for management
Qualifications
Have excellent communication skills, being able to build and maintain a good rapport with clients
Be driven and hardworking, achieving monthly targets
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
Budget development and oversight experience
Excels at operating in an fast pace, community environment
Delegate responsibilities effectively
High comfort level working in a diverse environment
