Anglo Educational Services is currently sourcing a Client Relations Adviser.
Candidates should be well presented, well mannered, well organised and hold well spoken English skills.
You will join a large Operational team that provides bespoke Student Housing within central London so should possess good energy and an enthusiastic approach.
Main Duties to include:
* Liaise with students on arrival and through out their stay , this will also include Faculty staff , teaching staff and Professors.
* To provide Living and Security in London talks to groups of students (training provided)
* Inspections of housing ensuring students abide by the company housing agreement.
* To meet and show prospective and current clients the housing facilities offered.
* Act as initial contact for pastoral care
* To liaise with the Operations team on any issues that have been raised by the clients.
* To assess and evaluate client satisfaction
Detail:
£20000 - 21000 per annum
40 hrs per week
some weekends and evening will be required in peak times
4 weeks holiday + bank holidays
