Client Account Manager

£25-28k per annum.

We are a specialist property maintenance / refurbishment company committed to delivering excellence at the highest level of customer care. We are looking for a Client Account Manager to help provide an efficient, professional service. This role will be full time. We are a fast growing business with plenty of opportunity to embrace.
Lyndon’s clients include some of the largest and well know London Estate Agents, such as Knight Frank and Savills, high net wealth individuals and also fast growing dynamic commercial clients in restaurants and retail.
Duties will include:
- Providing a high quality updates to our Clients
- Handling enquiries both on the phone and via email
- Proactive portfolio/client management.
- Management of job flow on software.
- Managing Operators individual administration
Skills Required:
- Confident very polite friendly phone manner
- Property management experience essential
- Computer literacy is a must, with a good working knowledge of excel and word
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
Personal Qualities:
- Conscientious worker
- Prompt and reliable
- Confidence to answer enquiries
- Willing and able to work on own initiative
- Can do attitude
- Smart, professional appearance
- Need to be a team player
It would be advantageous if you can illustrate London property experience or interest.
