As our Vitality Expert you will deliver employee presentations and a Vitality Made Easy session to group customers at their business premises.  Whilst on site, successful candidates will be expected to answer member questions pertaining to both health and/or be accountable for ensuring these questions get passed to relevant departments to ensure member satisfaction is achieved.
Responsibilities as our Client Engagement Expert (Vitality Expert) include:
- Deliver presentations and/or Vitality Made Easy sessions to members at business premises to educate and engage them with  Vitality healthcare, Partner and Rewards benefits.
- Dazzle customers and take accountability for member queries raised whilst on site, delegating to relevant business owners post visit to achieve member satisfaction.
- Inspire employee engagement by promoting our brand values and role modelling the benefits a healthy lifestyle can bring.
- Generate member testimonials to help inspire and attract engagement with Vitality.
- Meet/exceed targets and objectives set by the Head of Vitality At Work and Head Coach.
- Maintain a high degree of expert knowledge around product, industry and workplace engagement to fulfil role and understand wider challenges/opportunities.
Skills and experience required of our Client Engagement Expert (Vitality Expert):
- Higher education with a sports, science background and/or a strong role model for living an active and healthy lifestyle. (Essential)
- Work experience is important as the successful applicant will be required to interact with our group customers and members at their business premises. (Essential)
- Degree educated on top of the above with proven work experience. (Desirable)
