Client Administrator Wanted in London

Client Administrator Salary: £22,000 -£25,000 per annum pro rata depending on experience Part time – 3 days per week Location: Wallington, Surrey Our client is a leading Electrical Engineering company, providing electrical expertise and services throughout London and the South of England. They pride themselves on quality of service, a high standard of workmanship and excellent ongoing customer care. This role is based within the Administration department and you will be primarily responsible for providing administrative support to an assigned Account Manager.Key Responsibilities.

Providing second line support for allocated clients.
Maintaining and updating internal client data base.
Completing job data for subcontractors via internal systems.
Key skills and experience

Previous customer service experience either within an office or retail environment.
Good written and verbal skills
Proficient in all Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Able to work as part of a team or on your own initiative.
Be organised, time efficient and have an eye for detail.

NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Business Administration would be advantageous.
