Hurford Salvi Carr has an opportunity for a Client Accountant to join the team based in Limehouse, London. You will be on a full time permanent contract, with a competitive salary.
As our Client Accountant you will be working closely with our Lettings Finance Manager in Limehouse E14 and once a week working with the Financial Controller in Clerkenwell EC1. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm.
Job description for Client Accountant
- Printing and sending out client account bank statement to all residential lettings staff through Barclays. Net
- Processing receipting rent receipts from the bank statement on to CFP Winman
- Periodic reporting to clients / Landlord (standard reports plus additional as required) Landlord statements and processing payments to landlord
- Processing new lettings deals on CFP Winman
- Processing tenant deposit returns on CFP Winman
- Sending out TDS (Tenant Deposit statements) certificates to relevant Landlords and Tenants.
- Processing contractor invoices on to CFP Winman and reconciling statement to ensure nothing is outstanding
- Inputting payments and transfers on to Barclays. Net
- Dealing with any queries regarding Landlords statements, Tenants and Contractors
- Liaise with property managers regarding contractor’s transactions and payment
- Liaise with lettings negotiators, Renewals department and Management department.
- Assist in year end Arla audit
- Processing suppliers invoices and reconciling suppliers statement once a week at our Farringdon office
- Any other ad hoc duties including filing, scanning documents, photocopying
To become our Client Accountant, you must have a minimum of 2 years estate agent / accounts experience is essential, CFP Winman experience and intermediate excel skills would be an advantage. experience working in a professional environment, strong attention to detail and a fast learner is necessary.
